I left my car there, walked over to the machine and noticed it was unlocked. I would have to wait for the repair person to get my ticket out and to move out of the way. I spoke to the clerk and she said she couldn’t let me out and I couldn’t pay without a ticket. I finally saw the human booth but the machine said my ticket was jammed and would not give it back or open the gate. The machine took my ticket, then said my card was declined, then said another card was unreadable. When I went to pay I used one of the self pay lanes with a machine, the other one was coned off and I didn’t see the booth with the person in it. Then on my way home, just a 20 minute wait. There were so many people waiting that the first bus was full by the time it got to us. Got to the lot 2-1/2 hours before my flight and waited over an hour for the bus, barely making my flight.
